Lisa is a Director of Strategon Capital. She has over 10 years experience fostering the successful commercialisation of early stage IT, environmental and biotech companies.

Prior to joining Strategon, Lisa was a manager at Australian Business Limited where she managed that company’s national Business Angels program where she drove the completion of a wide variety of successful assignments, including international joint ventures, regional distribution partnerships, strategic acquisitions and capital raisings in Asia-Pacific and Australia.

Lisa holds a postgraduate diploma in Finance.

Damian is a Director of Strategon Capital. He has over 24 years experience as a management consultant working to improve client’s profitability and build shareholder wealth.

Prior to establishing Strategon, Damian’s career included six years in corporate recovery services as a manager with Arthur Andersen. Damian has sat on a number of Public and Private Company Boards, more recently as a Non-Executive Director with Sculpture by the Sea, a not for profit free to the public sculpture organisation.

Damian holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and has been a Chartered Accountant for 25 years. Damian also has an MBA from the University of NSW and a Law Degree from Macquarie University.

Blair is a Director of Strategon Capital and has over 23 years experience as a manager, adviser and consultant across the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise sector, with a focus on business strategy, managing growth and financial management.

Prior to joining Strategon, Blair was a founder of SME consulting firm Incite Management Group and started his career with insolvency and corporate reconstruction specialist Ferrier Hodgson.

Blair holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney and was a Chartered Accountant for 20 years.

Lawrence is a Director of Strategon Capital and has over 20 years experience as a management consultant.

Prior to management consulting Lawrence had a 20 year career in sales, marketing and business development roles in SME and multinational organisations at state, national and international levels.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Business Leadership and MBA from University of New England. He is a Lecturer at Macquarie University, Western Sydney University and University of Sydney for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Marketing, Management and Strategy. Lawrence is actively engaged in business research activities and is currently completing a PhD in Marketing and Management.

Andrew is a Director of Strategon Capital. He has been a professional business advisor for over 20 years specialising in outsourced financial management, debt and equity facilitation, succession and business valuation.

Prior to joining Strategon Andrew had a career of more than 30 years in finance and commerce in a diverse range of industries. He has held a number of positions at CFO and Company Secretary level as well as consulting to the State Bank of NSW on customer turnaround and restructuring issues.

Andrew is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
